- Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve the sales target & maximize profits for the business and to be in line with agreed budgets.
- Responsible for the development of sales strategic plans and successful implementation.
- Develop strong relationships and activities with key customers
- Support business strategy and direction to achieve business target and to create a long term competitive advantage.
- Accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet customers' requirements and expectations.
- Ensure satisfactory support to customers by regular follow-up and to identify and solve their concerns that includes providing and explaining technical and strategic information.
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or marketing in technical products / services business.
- Good command of English and computer proficiency are a must.
- Good presentation, communication, professional selling and coaching skills.
- Have own car and be able to travel.
